Stuff That Makes Me Angry
This title of this post really encapsulates many things in this universe, but my mom told me of something that happened today that really blew my top.
As some of you may or may not know, Will and I work with complete dumbasses, this is one of the reasons I am eternally grateful that I am leaving at the end of the summer. However, I will miss some of the kids dearly. Now, today was the first day of summer school for the kids at Martin Luther King. Many of them go to daycare in the morning and are sent off to their classes when school is about to start. The staff at daycare have a list of all the students in summer school and which rooms they are in. They have all the pertinent information, yet somehow this morning, the first day of summer school, THEY FORGOT TO SEND A KID TO SUMMER SCHOOL!!! WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK!!!
I had to sit back for a second and think about who was working this morning. It just so happened that one of the people who was working this morning was the same co-worker I had problems with some time ago (Refer to the post named "People are fucking stoopid, Part 2), and the other is one of the people who work their asses off to keep the center working. She's cool, I have no problems with her. The fact of the matter is that they forgot to send a kid to summer school. The secretary (my mom) assumed that the kid was absent because she got the role sheet back later this morning and this kid was marked absent, so she had to call the parents to confirm that they wanted to drop him out of summer school. The mother was extremely confused, and I suppose she told my mom that he was in daycare this morning and should check with them. I'm guessing she found the kid there and took him to class. Who knows how long this kid was sitting around waiting for shit to happen. This is why this daycare center will turn to shambles after I leave. Will, I think you've still got some time to grab the afternoon shift, you're Martin Luther King's last hope...
I guess what I'm trying to say here is that stoopid people make me angry, which probably constitutes 99.9% of the human population. We're in a tight spot here, folks. That's all for now, Ninja McFear out.
