Agreed
The few times I did play this one, he DID scare the shit out of me. No safe spots. He just crashes through walls. Bad movie, scary game.

I only played RE4 and 5, and I didn't see this particular character in either. I do remember seeing him in one of the movies, and he did invoke a sense of horror when he came around.

He was RE3. The game itself was just a half-assed retread of RE2 but Mr. Nemesis here was the one selling point.
